Poetry Reading: Caroline Wellman: Presences

Join local poet and educator Caroline Wellman as she presents readings from her book Presences on Monday, June 13. Caroline’s poetry is inspired by the local landscape around Quincy and Adams County. Many of her poems reflect the influences of local Native Americans and the structures that they left behind. During the evening, Caroline will read her poetry, and staff members of the Quincy Museum will provide historical context for some of the poetry and locations she writes about.

Light refreshments will be offered during the event, and copies of Caroline’s book, Presences, will be available for purchase.
